Qualifications and Experience
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years working experience designing, and developing web applications and databases
- Business License.
- Demonstrated experience in similar assignments.
Competencies
- Timely delivery of high-quality databases;
- Fluency in spoken and written English

Quotes must be accompanied by:
- Evidence of previous work/portfolio
- Description and example of similar projects.
Reporting
The successful proponent will report to the Project Coordinator, Department of Metrology, La Guerite, Basseterre, St. Kitts. Deliverables become final once all tasks’ requirements are completed and approval is granted by the Project Coordinator.
